Chef Connie had lunch today with the students and Gus Katsigris, the man behind El Centro and today holds the title of alumni cheerleader. GO GUS!  Todays International menu was Sweden all part of Thursday lunch prepared and served up by the students in International Cuisine, International Pastry and Dining Room Service.
