I don’t know if this will even get to you but here goes anyway. I used to work in Irving and my friend and I loooooved to come and order a tuna sandwich that I honestly I have never had a better one, ever. I even (city name drop) lived in NY for a bit and nope nothing compared. It has been probably 25 years since I had one and I can still taste it and crave one. I am sure part of the flavor came from the bread. I could marry that bread.
I sometimes wished I had the recipe so I could try to come even a little close to enjoying just onnne more.
Anywho if this is the right Connie, and this gets to you.
    Yum and thanks
